Boston Explosion and the Others

At around 2:50 pm east time on April 15th, 2013, explosions happened at the end of Boston marathon which caused the death of a eight years old boy, a 29-year-old woman, and an international student of Boston University from China. Additionally, hundreds of people got wound physically or mentally.
President Obama identified the event was a terrorist attack. Meanwhile, he affirmed that don't make any conclusion before evidences were found.
Of course, any terrorist attack is not allowed. However, compared with 911, this event is not that much serious. Things impressed me more are the reactions made by everyone got involved in the event. People are painful but also tough; emotional but also rational. No one accuses of any individual or organization based on their intuition, and the revenge is never mentioned. The city and the country are mature enough to bear such a unpredictable disaster.
I wish the death rest in peace.
